Your order shipment price will be calculated on order value in the shopping basket so you know in advance whether a delivery charge will be applied or not. Normal delivery schedules prevail on most orders however, due to occasional seasonal circumstances which may affect our routine dispatch services, it is not possible to guarantee any specific delivery date
What is the processing time for an order?
All in-stock orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) at 8am GMT. Orders placed at Store.GameShark.net after 8am GMT are processed the following business day. Any orders submitted on Friday are not processed until the following Monday.
When will my order ship?
In-stock are shipped daily, Monday through Friday only (excluding holidays). Please allow two business days for processing prior to shipment, depending on the time of day and season (the holiday season may cause delays in order processing).
How long will it take for delivery?
Delivery time is calculated by adding the processing time with the shipping method you have chosen. Store.GameShark.net does not ship or deliver orders on weekends. When calculating your delivery time, do not include weekend days or holidays.
Christmas Delivery times.
For orders to be delivered before Christmas the last date to place your order will be the 17th of December. Any order after that date will not arrive in time for Christmas.
The Store will be closed from Friday the 24th of December until the 4th January. Any orders placed between those dates will not be processed until the 4th January.
I live outside of the United Kingdom. Can I order from Store.GameShark.net?
Store.GameShark.net currently only sells within the United Kingdom. At present we are only able to deliver goods to the registered UK billing address of your credit or debit card.
