Delivery Information

We use either Royal Mail recorded delivery or Parcel Force. Both carriers will require a signature on delivery. The delivery method we use will automatically be determined by the size and weight of the order.

Your order shipment price will be calculated on order value in the shopping basket so you know in advance whether a delivery charge will be applied or not. Normal delivery schedules prevail on most orders however, due to occasional seasonal circumstances which may affect our routine dispatch services, it is not possible to guarantee any specific delivery date

At present we are only able to deliver goods to the registered UK billing address of your credit or debit card.

UK Mainland Delivery Times

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Normally delivered within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

Parcel Force Delivery Normally delivered within 5 working days – (including Saturdays, excluding Sundays)

Where do you deliver?

We are ONLY able to deliver throughout mainland United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and The Scottish Islands.

We cannot deliver to UK PO Box addresses, or any other countries outside those listed above.
